House of Harley-Davidson is launching a six-week promotion for motorcycle enthusiasts to vote on the customization of a new Iron 883.
Upon completion, the bike will be donated to The Fisher House Wisconsin, a place where military and veterans’ families will be able to stay while a family member is undergoing treatment at the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Each week, starting Jan. 9, the dealership will give fans new options on its blog. There, they will be able to track the progress of this custom bike on the blog and via Facebook and Twitter.
During the customization, the bike will be on display at the dealership, located on Layton Avenue.
The official unveiling of the completed bike will be Feb. 25 at the Milwaukee Auto Show, and it will be sold via a raffle on Veterans Day.
