Fort Gordon Spouses & Civilians Club Provides Thanksgiving Dinner

On Thursday (November 24, 2011) Thanksgiving meals were provided and coordinated by the Fort Gordon Spouses & Civilian Club on THANKSGIVING DAY for the Fisher House Families, and it was definitely great and very much appreciated.  Thus giving meaning to the word Happy Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving Day.  On behalf of the Fort Gordon Fisher House, its Fisher House Families, and myself, Thank You to ALL the members of the Fort Gordon Spouses and Civilian Club and Mike & Cathi Hamilton for delivering the meals to the Fisher House and continuing to support in coordinating with Mr. Chris Cunningham (Wife Saver’s from North Augusta, South Carolina,) and Mr. Kevin Goldsmith (Pullman Hall Catering) in catering and donating the Thanksgiving meals on Thanksgiving Day for all the Fisher House residents.  The EAMC Fisher House’s (Fort Gordon) Families and staff greatly appreciate the Thanksgiving meal donation/contribution and thoughtfulness.  Our ability to support others in need is contingent on such acts.  Attached are some pictures of the event.
