KSFO/San Francisco Raises $135,000 For Fisher House Foundation

CITADEL Talk KSFO-A/SAN FRANCISCO has announced that its latest effort to raise money for the FISHER HOUSE FOUNDATION collected over $135,000 for the organization, which provides housing for the families of wounded servicemen and servicewomen.

The current fundraiser included a live broadcast FRIDAY (5/27) by morning host BRIAN SUSSMAN from the FISHER HOUSE in PALO ALTO, including interviews with the foundation's president, KEN FISHER, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. PETER PACE and his wife LYNN, former prisoner of war JESSICA LYNCH, three wounded warriors, TAMPA V.A. FISHER HOUSE manager PAULA WELENC, and the parent of a wounded soldier who wrote about her experience for READERS DIGEST.
