Riders came from all over Kentucky to donate $18,600 to the Fort Campbell Fisher House Saturday at the War Memorial Walking Trail in Oak Grove, Ky.
Members of Some Gave All raised money throughout the year and originally wrote the check for $17,000 but raised another $1,600 over the last week, bringing the total to $18,600, according to a news release from Stacy Rzepka.

"We stand for recognizing Kentucky's fallen warriors in the war on terrorism as well as their families and the price that they have paid," Motorcycle charity event organizer Dwight Lewis told nearly 50 fellow riders at the Some Gave All bike rally, sponsored by the Kentucky Association of Mortgage Professionals.
"We hope that the Fisher House will be able to continue their mission, helping our wounded warriors when they return from theater," Lewis said, according to the release.
Fort Campbell Fisher House provides service members and their families a "home away from home" while they receive medical care at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
"I am impressed with this generosity for the service members and their families," said Christi Shivler, Fort Campbell Fisher House representative. "It really means a lot that so many people came together to help the soldiers who will stay at the Fisher House."
