Local Businessman Lights Up the Holidays for Wounded Soldiers

Ted Hall with Christmas Decor by Hallco in Maryland volunteered himself along with 12 of his employees to put up $7,000 worth of lights to help severely wounded soldiers feel more at home. The Soldiers live at Walter Reed Medical Center's Fisher House while they rehabilitate thier injuries.
