Fisher House lodge celebrates renovations

The Fisher House at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center celebrated its grand re opening with a ceremony Wednesday.

The house, which opened in June 1995, provides temporary lodging to families and guests while their loved ones are hospitalized, according to a news release. Renovations began in September and culminated with a makeover of the flower beds.
